These are Type A jade abacus rings which have been carved from a single raw jadeite stone. The resulting rings have varying patterns and colours in the rings that occur naturally in jadeite.
Each jade ring displays slight differences. The largest ring at size HK 16.5 has a black patch which highly contrasts against the translucent material. The other two rings have more subdued colour gradients. The base colour of the jade rings is white with a very light lavender colour. Seen under natural lighting, the translucent portions have display a warm glow that emphasises the translucency of the jade material.
Full jadeite rings are usually thicker and these abacus jadeite rings are no different. In choosing a size, it would be advised to select a half size bigger for a more comfortable fit.
These jadeite rings are guaranteed Type A, without enhancements. The main photos are taken in natural lighting and there are 2 additional photos taken with indoor lighting. For reference, the indoor lighting has a colour temperature of 4000K reflective of most indoor lighting environments today.
