This is a natural jade pendant with a classic Lu Lu Tong 路路通 carving. The perfectly round cylindrical shape is elongated and features flush, flat sides. With a hollow center, this traditional jadeite carving is often worn as a talisman, symbolising a clear path ahead, without obstacles.
The flush sides of this jadeite Lu Lu Tong is a modern take on the classic barrel shape of this carving. The flat surface sits nicely on one's skin when worn as a pendant. Each end of the jadeite carving is set in 18K white gold, decorated with natural diamonds.
Displaying a natural pattern green hues with different colour saturations, the entire jadeite cylinder is vibrant in colour with highly polished finish. The high polish is cool to the touch and is a perfect size for daily wear.
