This jade bracelet is made up of 22 round Type A jadeite beads. These jadeite beads are beautifully carved from a blue jadeite material blended with a light green hue. The mix of green and blue colours is mesmerizing to look at and shifts slightly in colour depending on lighting conditions and the angle which the beads are viewed at. The alluring colour of the jadeite beads is greatly enhanced by the high translucency of the jadeite material. The jadeite beads also have fine crystal aggregates which results in a watery appearance in the beads and a highly polished finish.
Carved from a single raw jadeite stone, the fine quality of all the jade beads in this jade bracelet is uniform with no distinct colour variations. Fine jadeite beads are rarely found in quantities sufficient to form jade jewellery sets which makes fine jadeite bead bracelets highly collectible.
