This icy jade ring features an angular jadeite centrepiece with highly polished and level sides. Unlike classic cabochon shapes that are commonly seen in jadeite, this angular cutting showcases the translucency and fine texture of the jadeite through its flush surfaces.
With an icy coloured body, the Type A jadeite displays a vivid spot of green which graduates outwards from a corner of the jadeite centrepiece. This spot of green gives contrast to the icy translucency of the jadeite body and with the angular cutting, this bright splash of colour can be seen from both sides of the jadeite.
18K white gold is used in setting this jadeite ring and its design follows the contemporary, angular cutting of the jadeite stone. Whilst featuring sharp angular angles, the gold ring has flat sides that allows the jade ring to be worn very comfortably.
The jadeite centrepiece is guaranteed Type A, without enhancements. The main photos are taken in natural lighting and there are 2 additional photos taken in indoor lighting to showcase how the jade ring will look whilst worn indoors.
