This interesting jadeite ring features a highly translucent jadeite set with a quirky 18K gold detail. The ring design makes use of the leaf-like shape of the Type A jadeite, setting a tiny gold snail on top of the jadeite "leaf". The tiny gold snail is positioned favourably in an upwards climbing motion.
The centrepiece in this ring is an icy jadeite carving which features a glistening polished finish and a unique green floral pattern or 绿飘花. The natural green swirls appear floating within the jadeite material due to the high translucency and dense crystal aggregate structure of this jadeite piece.
This carved jadeite ring is set with a 18K white gold band with diamonds encrusted on both sides of the ring. The tiny gold snail is crafted with 18K yellow gold.
