This icy jadeite ring has a light green hue all round with beautiful streaks of green spaced across many parts of the ring. The high translucency of the jadeite material coupled with a fine crystal aggregate structure give the ring a watery lustre.
A shimmery glow, found only in highly translucent jadeite material, is also present in one side of this jade abacus ring. Intriguingly, one half of the ring has a much higher translucency which gives rise to the shimmery glow. This is also the half which has a stronger green hue. The photos of the ring being worn showcase this glow clearly. The other half is less translucent with a frosted appearance. In both natural and indoor lighting, the jade abacus ring wears splendidly.
