This pair of "safety coin" earrings features Type A icy jadeite intricately set in an asymmetrical design. The natural jadeite 平安扣 carvings are round with a single hole in the middle, and are thus sometimes referred to as donut-shaped.
Carved from highly translucent jadeite that is completely colourless, the donut shape creates a striking glow that emanates from within the jadeite. This glow shifts about depending on the light and gives the jadeite earrings a "lit-up" appearance, especially in dimmer indoor settings.
Crafted in 18K white gold, the asymmetrical design takes inspiration from flowy ribbons. The pristine white gold drapes freely around the icy jadeite carvings, like sparkly ribbons twirled around icy halos of light.
