This angularly shaped ring features a frosty looking jadeite piece, highly polished with flush surfaces. The jadeite centrepiece is colourless with high translucency and very fine crystal aggregates. Icy jadeite with high translucency can sometimes be found with soft cotton like materials within the jadeite. These cotton like flakes appear suspended within the translucent jadeite material, giving the appearance of a frosty cube of ice with tiny snow flakes floating within.
The icy cool appearance of the natural jadeite is accentuated by sparkly diamonds flanking the jadeite centrepiece. Natural and pure white diamonds, whilst adding sparkle, also complement the icy white hue of the ring together with the use of 18K white gold.
There is a matching jade pendant carved from the same jadeite rough NJP029. Both jadeite pieces feature the beautiful effect of drifting snow frozen in ice.
This jadeite ring is natural Type A and has not been enhanced. The main photos are taken in natural lighting and there are 2 additional photos taken with indoor lighting. This helps to provide a good view of how the jade ring looks under different lighting conditions to provide as accurate a representation as possible of our jade pieces.
