This pair of Type A jadeite earrings is a combination of classic greens with icy, colourless jadeite. Designed to wear comfortably as stud earrings, the icy jadeite form elegant dangles that hang delicately off the green jadeite studs.
The symmetrical green jadeite are carved in an abstract shape of Ru Yi (如意) clouds. In the centre of each carving is a tiny flower, adding a delicate detail to the intricate carvings.
Contrasting the bright green hue of the jadeite studs is a pair of icy jadeite with a colourless and translucent appearance. The colourless jadeite have a slightly asymmetrical teardrop shape, complementing the modern appearance of the jadeite. Designed to swing freely when worn, the translucent jadeite catches the light easily, glowing beautifully in natural lighting.
