These are delicate charms crafted from natural Type A jadeite. Each charm has been set with 18K yellow gold. The individual gold settings have a spring loaded clip, enabling the charms to be clipped on to any chain bracelet or necklace. The design allows any of the charms to be added on to an existing charms bracelet or simply be worn individually as a bracelet or pendant.
Both jadeite charms are intricately carved as the fantasy creature Totoro which is actually a cat, popular in Japanese pop culture. The jade material used in both charms has a soothing hue of translucent green. On "Design 2", the translucent green hue is accented by a patch of brighter green hue on one side of the Totoro carving's belly.
As a note, the charms are sold individually and do not come with the gold bracelet or necklace featured in the photographs.
