This is a glassy jadeite pendant crafted in a shape of a safety coin. The translucency of the jadeite is enhanced by the very fine crystal aggregates of the raw material, allowing for the pendant to attain a glassy sheen. The safety coin also has traces of beautiful green.
The pendant is set in 18k white gold, adorned with diamonds. The top part of the gold setting has a brilliant green jadeite cabochon attached which swivels with the pendant and this unique design allows both sides of the pendant to be worn.
The jadeite pendant is Type A and is completely natural. The main photos are taken in natural lighting and there are 2 additional photos taken with indoor lighting. For reference, the indoor lighting has a colour temperature of 4000K.
