This jade bracelet is made of 18 round lavender Type A jadeite beads. The lavender jadeite beads are decorated with patterns or flowers of a bluish green hue (飘蓝绿花).
The distinguishing quality in this lavender jade bracelet is its fine crystal aggregate structure. In Type A lavender jade, it is rare to see fine grained jade jewellery and it is even rarer to find jade beads that have this exquisite quality. The fine grains allow for a high polish of the jadeite material to produce a glowing lustre that accentuates the saturated lavender hue of the jadeite beads. The soothing lavender hue found in these jadeite beads is also a pure lavender hue which does not wash out in strong sunlight. This is noteworthy as less saturations in natural lavender jadeite usually appear pale in daylight whilst only appearing lavender in indoor lighting.
Every jadeite bead in this jade bracelet is Type A and has not been enhanced. The jadeite beads have been carved from a single raw jadeite stone to achieve a consistent lavender hue and quality.
