The lavender hue is vivid in colour and varies in saturation across its freeform shape. Purple jadeite best describes the areas of the jadeite with highly saturated lavender hues. The portions with less saturation display light tints of pink, especially when viewed in stronger lighting, highlighting the transluceny of the jadeite.
The jadeite has good translucency with fine crystal aggregates that creates a watery appearance in the jadeite. Carved with flush, angular sides, the bluish green patterns appear to flow from one side to another within the cool and watery lavender jadeite, emphasizing its 3-dimensional shape.
