Lavender is a soothing colour and in this jadeite cabochon, the colour hue displayed is soft and pleasant despite being a relatively more intense hue of lavender as compared to the usual lavender shaded jadeite cabochons. This is in part due to the beautiful translucency of the jadeite cabochon complementing the soft hue of lavender.
As mentioned before, lavender presents itself in a more intense colour tone in photos and is a very difficult colour to capture accurately in product photography.
