This is a jadeite abacus ring carved completely out of natural, Type A jadeite. The hololith ring wears comfortably for a ring size of HK 14. The fit of this ring has a cool and refreshing feel because of how the hololith ring envelops one's finger with a full band of natural jadeite.
This jade hololith ring has an icy appearance with its translucent jadeite material. The translucency and fine crystal aggregates give the hololith ring a natural glow that encircles the ring band. This glow is particularly interesting because of the different levels of translucency across the ring band which create pockets of light that have stronger, clearer glows.
The icy white colour of the ring is aesthetically decorated with splashes of inky black that are spread across the ring band. The deep black colour presents a striking contrast to the colourless jadeite, giving the appearance of black ink dissolving in clear water.
Full jadeite rings are usually thicker and this abacus jadeite ring is no different. In choosing a size, it would be advised to select a half size bigger for a more comfortable fit. This ring should fit well for a finger that usually wears HK 13 for classic gold bands.
