This natural Type A jadeite bangle is carved from a highly translucent jadeite with a soothing blue hue. Blue is a mesmerising colour especially more so in translucent jadeite. The translucency allows light to penetrate the jadeite, suffusing the entire jadeite bangle with a soft blue glow.
In this icy jadeite bangle, the intensity of the blue hue changes with the lighting conditions. In stronger natural light, the jadeite bangle has a lighter blue hue which almost appears watery in texture. In dimmer indoor lighting, the bangle takes on a cooler, steely blue hue.
